it’s that time of year – the cast of twilight is making their rounds around the world promoting the last installment of the twilight saga. mark. ambassador ashley greene recently made a stop in south africa to promote the film, and she made a startling debut – check out her bold red locks! makeup artist vanessa scali kept ashley’s makeup sweet and simple so her hair (and her lace dress) could shine through.

start with primed for perfect face primer all over face. next, apply a thin coat of min-a-real cream-to-powder foundation. on the apples of the cheeks, dust light show illuminating face powder. using the star status eyeshadow palette in earth angel, take the bronze eyeshadow color and apply from the upper lash line to the crease. then use the warm taupe shade and apply on the lower lash lines. then use the lightest shade in the palette and apply in the natural creases of the eyes and on the outer corners. blend no place to run longwear eyeliner in solid gold on the bottom inner corner of the eyes. line the top lash line with no place to run longwear eyeliner in foxy brown, and smudge with a brush. finish the eyes with multiple coats of lash act build and define mascara in blackest black.

complete your look with in a whirl marbleized lipgloss in pink souffle.

    • i know, right!? i wasn’t crazy about her new hair color, but i’m slowly starting to like it 🙂

      i love that her makeup doesn’t look too crazy because her hair color is already stealing the spotlight.
